You can relax on the large deck with great views of Lake Ann and you might get a look at the eagles soaring over the lake or the loons floating by. There is private frontage and a dock with swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and a large yard for outdoor fun and games. Lake Ann is an all-sports lake with 576 acres. You can explore the south end into Mud Lake or fish for the bluegill, bass, pike, and brown trout.
As a bonus, this cottage is located right downtown Lake Ann, offering Lake Ann Grocery, Lake Ann Brewing Co, The Red Door Coffee Shop, Stone Oven Restaurant (best pizza!), Corner Cones Ice Cream, and children’s park and picnic area. Truly a great place to relax and enjoy. Area attractions and events include the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and National Park, Traverse City Cherry Festival, Lake Michigan, Crystal River canoeing and kayaking, Platte River canoeing and kayaking, Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsula Wine Country, lots of area golf courses, and wonderful dining options. This area offers something for everyone. Sleeps 6. $1950 a week plus a cleaning fee.

Reservation Details
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposit can be refunded if canceled property can be rebooked, minus a $50 paperwork fee. Balance, security deposit (separate check) and cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to arrival.
